Refund policy
We have a 15 calendar days return policy, which means you have 15 calendar days after receiving your item to check that your order is all good, and make an inquiry or request a return.
In case of missing items, you must notify us within 24h of reception.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused (for hygiene reasons) and in its original packaging.
If your order contains more than 1 item, you must return all items. We will not accept partial returns. This applies for Bundle orders. If you want to return it, it has to be the complete bundle.

Let us know your order details and the reason for the return please! We will get back to you and provide a shipping address where you can send your order.
The buyer is always responsible for paying all return postage costs.
We recommend to use a reliable shipping method so you can keep track of shipping.

Please note that we make video recordings of every order we ship. We also carefully inspect, process and pack them, so it is very rare that there is a missing pair. We will check the video recording for you and send a shot so you can rest assured your order was sent complete. If this is the case, you may want to file a report of stolen items with the post office and/or relevant authorities.
Please always double check the inside of the envelope in case the pair got stucked inside, or check if it fell out during opening.
Please note that we have zero tolerance for scams, if we detect this is what you are trying to do, and we will, you will be permanently banned from our store.
We have more than 10 years of experience in this business, and we have earned a reputation that we care about and that we deserve.
Please note that there is a period of 90 days after estimated delivery time to make an inquiry for a non received order. After that, we most likely won't be able to offer you a refund.
If an order is not collected within the time frame provided by your postal service and is returned to us, no action can be taken until the package is received back. Once received, reshipment can be arranged at the customer’s expense. Orders that were shipped correctly are not eligible for refunds due to non-collection.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with a picture if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom made/coloured
Exchanges
We do not make exchanges.
The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will proceed to make your refund after reception.
Please be aware that product must be unused, unworn and in perfect condition. Please note that many of our pieces are for personal wear. If we detect that the product has been used, we may not accept your return
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please be aware that no refunds can be submited after 120 days of payment. Merchant Providers do not allow refunds through a payment gateway that are over 120 days old and that is out of our hands
Please note:
If you placed an order from a country we don't ship to, using a proxy address, drop shipping or whatever, and want to make a return, be very aware that we don't ship to many countries for a reason, so, if for example, you return your order and we are charged with tax due to customs, I repeat, from a country we don't ship to, we will deduct those taxes from your refund, so it may not be worth it to you. We are very specific about countries we don't ship to, so do it under your own responsibility.
