Dear US customers,
We are currently not accepting new orders to the United States as we await further updates regarding the new tariffs. We are in constant contact with the postal service and hope this situation will be resolved as soon as possible.

Please Read:
Double CHECK your address when you place an order, as we won't be able to change it once your order ships. If you find any mistake, please contact us straight away through the chat button or through Instagram @madhousefxstudio.
Delivery time varies depending on your location.
-Orders within Spain (Mainland): Aprox 2-5 working days
-Orders to the European Union: Aprox. 3-15 working days.
-Orders outside the European Union: Aprox. 7-30 working days.
These shipping times may vary during winter months, events such as Halloween or Christmas Time, due to customs inspections, weather condition, Bank holidays or delivery to remote areas.
*Registered mail means postman should deliver package to you in person. May, or may not include tracking depending on the country

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or any delivery issue, we offer either a refund or a replacement shipped via Registered Mail. A reshipping fee depending on your location will apply.
If you live in the countryside, do not have a mailbox, live in shared housing, a student residence, or are sending your order to a PO Box — or if you have any concerns about delivery, please make sure you keep an eye on tracking and our emails.
We do not ship to dropshipping points/ freight forwarders, package forwarding companies, proxy address, or any other address that is not your private address/ working address. If we do not ship to your country, using an alternative proxy address is not allowed. If you place an order using one of this addresses and we detect it (we will very much probably will) we will cancel your order. The Billing address must also be to a country we ship to.
Please note that we cannot be responsible either if you send your order to a friend/ family member who lives in another country because your country is not available for shipping on our store. We can work with you if you are the final recipient of the order, but we cannot be sure if other persons are aware of that shipment reception, or if they will be alert for that delivery.
Also, we do not ship to Hotels, vacational appartments, airbnb, colleges, university residences or similar. or similar.
Please note that college/student housing, university and similar addresses usually have issues upon delivery due to the nature of the place.
if you have not received your order, go to check and notice you made a mistake or missed something on your shipping address:
On some cases, we will eventually receive the package back if they cannot deliver it to you. It may take quite a bit. Contact us so we can arrange a solution that works for both of us. It may include additional charges.
We have multiple warnings about double checking your shipping details. If you made a mistake, didn't notify us before shipping, and your order gets shipped, we are not responsible for any package loss if you made a mistake on your end.
We consider an address is incomplete or incorrect when there is no Name/Surname, no Apartment or House number, no Street name, missing or incorrect Postal code or any missing part that makes delivery not possible.
It is also responsibility of the customer if you entered an old address that you cannot longer access.
If you don’t pick up your order from the post office in time and it gets returned:
Please note that once your order has been shipped correctly, it is your responsibility to collect it from your local postal service within the time frame they provide.
If the package is not collected and is returned to us, you will need to wait until we receive it before we can offer either a refund or a reshipment. If you choose reshipment, new shipping costs will apply.
Please keep in mind that returned packages often take significantly longer to arrive back to us than normal deliveries and may take several months in some cases.
Orders that were shipped correctly cannot be refunded if they were not collected by the recipient.
Customs:
The buyer is always responsible for carrying out any customs procedures that the shipment requires, as well as paying any import tax/fees. We have no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Your local post office will help you make any arrangements.
