What is a bundle?
Easy, ''Bundle'' is the same as ''minimum order quantity''. An order of minimum 8 pairs of ears and/or horns (any styles, mix latex and silicone as you like).
Yes! Horns and Limited edition styles can be part of a bundle!

What is the current waiting time for an order?
Update from April 9th: Current ''waiting time'' for a Bundle is about 2-3 months
(Waiting time is from the date you place your bundle, to the date we ship it)
This is because all spots are full until that date. Spots are given on a first come, first served basis.
Meaning ordering mid April ships by*(on or before) end of June 2025!
(We usually ship orders quite quickly, so his is just indicative!)
This is the deadline we set to ship your order, ''by'' means it can ship on this date, or before. It will depend on many factors.
We recommend to place your order as soon as possible if you need it for a specific date!
Please note waiting times are due to high demand. We have one of the biggest collections on the market, and our pieces are Top quality.

How do I place an order?
Pretty easy;

Write us a message with the following:

*Phone is optional but highly recommended for delivery purposes.
*Instagram is optional but recommended. Sometimes we need to contact you about your order and emails land in spam.
We will get back to you as soon as we can with an estimated processing time. We will tell you your order will be ready to ship by a specific week. This means it will ship on or before that week. We usually work very fast! but we like to give the latest date that your order would be shipped so you have everything clear!
If you agree, we will create an invoice for you. This invoice will expire after 24h.
Your order will be confirmed right after you make your payment.
Prices are the same you seen on our listings. You just have to calculate the sum of all models you want and bam! that is the price of your bundle. You can also set your own currency at the very bottom of our page.
We will ship your Bundle order using Registered mail. Handling + Shipping have a fixed cost of 10€ to all destinations.

What do we accept?
Orders of 8 or more pairs of ears and/or horns.
You can mix latex and silicone styles as you like! (see end of post for latex vs silicone comparison) There is no limitation on styles. Get what you want! Also, note that we only offer custom colours on our silicone ears. Our Latex ears are available only in base tone.
If you want to order custom colours, we will need the reference photos before creating your order. Keep that in mind!
(Note that if you order custom pairs, your order will take much longer to ship than if you order base tone!)
Custom colour is meant for customers with a different tone than the base one. Base tone is the one I am wearing on the photos, and the tone you can see on every ear photo.
If you feel base tone may suit you, or you only need to do minor adjustments, consider choosing it!
You can use any concealer, foundation, blush or any cosmetics to paint our ears if necessary
We will only ship to countries listed on our FAQ.
Of course, if you know of any friends who are in need of ears, you can team to make a single order.
This ''group'' order, must be sent to one address and will be taken as a single order. We will make 1 single private listing, and will ship 1 single package, so keep that in mind.
Also, payment options are the same listed on our FAQ. We do not accept other payment options not listed here.
We do not offer installment payments. Once you get the invoice, you have to make one single payment.
What we will not accept?
We will not accept orders for 7 pairs or less. It must be 8 or more.
Please note that we will not answer messages asking for less than 8 pairs.
Also, this is not a wholesale and will not answer messages asking for discounts or gifts.
We will not accept group orders sent to different addresses.
We will not accept orders for resale.
Special notes
If you cannot place the order within the 24 hours because you need to make payment arrangements or because you have any issue, please send us a message. We understand many things can happen, just don't let the order expire without a message, you can tell us the issue and we can make it work for you. Just please don't ask for an order and then forget about it.
We do not ship to dropshipping points/ freight forwarders, package forwarding companies, proxy address, or any other address that is not your private address/ working address. If we do not ship to your country, using an alternative proxy address is not allowed. If you place an order using one of this addresses and we detect it (we will very much probably will) we will cancel your order. Billing address must also be to a country we ship to. If you are planning to move, o have already moved, please let us know as soon as possible.
Our ears, as most hand made products, don't come with label/tags for each style. What you receive are the styles you ordered so it cannot be more easy to know which one is which one! Also note that we have great photos if you check the listings for references. If you still have trouble sorting them out, because you ordered many styles or anything, you can send us a photo when you receive them and we will be more than happy to write all the names on top of each ear of course!
